WARRIORS: CLANS OF THE FORESTS
Separated by their loyalties, locations and disputes, the four clans of the forests live in peace. Hunting, patrolling, sleeping, training with apprentices, sleeping, eating, leading the clan, directing patrols, sleeping and doing other things cats of the forests do, the cats of the clans live in harmony beneath their warrior ancestors of ForestClan.
This is CLANS OF THE FORESTS, an RPing site loosely based off the bestselling series Warriors by Erin Hunter.
The clans are as follows:
WillowClan: Cats of WillowClan lean to follow their name. They are tall, willowy figures with long features such as the legs, muzzle and tail. They are very slender and long though can be delicate and seemingly fragile. Their pelts tend to be lighter so they can camouflage in their moorland surroundings. WillowClanners live on a wide moor that is spotted with marshes and small woods of spindly willows and other tall, thin trees such as birches and hollies.
OakenClan: OakenClanners are very stocky, muscular cats. They have bold faces and broad muzzles with short tails. Their ears are short and wide and they usually have big paws. OakenClan has a strong sense of pain, making them highly regarded in battle. Their pelts are dark for their shadow surroundings, though the colors can vary. OakenClan territory is located in a dense, misty forest that rarely receives light. The forest is composed of large, thick trees like oaks, pines and hickories.
ElmClan: Cats of ElmClan are muscular, sleek-coated cats. They live in marshes, which gives the cats tough muscles in their legs for swimming. Their varying pelts do not absorb water like cats of the other clans. This makes them excellent swimmers and their fur easy to dry. ElmClanners live in a dense, foggy marshland. Their camp is centrally located on a small spit of dry land. A large forest gives them their name. ElmClan forest is composed of elms, mangroves and other aquatic trees.
CedarClan: CedarClanners have long-build bodies and significantly longer legs. Their claws are much longer than the other clans’ because of their need to grasp the stone of the mountain they live on. They have large ears and great sense of hearing, because of the misty climate and wind of the mountain. Pelts of CedarClan are usual dark, composed of browns, grays, whites and blacks. CedarClanners live on a huge mountain. Below the treeline, the trees are cedars, pines, ashes and other mountainous flora.
ForestClan: ForestClan is where the deceased cats of all the clans join as one. Cats of ForestClan are made of stars and moonbeams, but are all recognizable, especially from their eyes. The land of ForestClan is a giant starry wood with all the trees of WillowClan, OakenClan, ElmClan and CedarClan; giving the spectral land its name.
Most high positions open including the leader of ForestClan and Deputies and Medicine Cats of all clans.
